Well first I had bought the gauges to sync. the carbs and it worked great runs strong
and smooth saved my self 650.00 if I had taken it to the local guys.

Went for a ride after the sync. and when I got home and parked noticed that I was leaking
oil out of the shifter shaft seal the seal popped out but the shaft does not seem
to be bent or loose so I put the seal back in and went for a short ride and checked it
and it is dripping. Does anyone know where I can get one or is there a different honda
model one that works if so maybe albe to get one at the local store.
I have a 83 gl1100 aspencade.

Seal should still be available. I've not gotten there yet myself so I haven't any idea what the number is or a source.

The seals are still available. I replaced mine a year ago though and damned if it isn't leaking again. :head bang: I might try one more time and if it leaks again I'll just let it leak.

~O~

edit- I just looked and cant find the damn thing in the Honda microwhatever. Maybe someone can make things easy for you and give you the part #.

About $2-$5 item, I think.
