I am starting to collect parts for my upcoming project. It is a 81 GL1100 trike. It was a wreck and I am going to rebuild it for my son. We would like to build it naked and I need a front headlight as the faring is shot. Does anyone know what other years or bikes will fit. Thanks.

I think it is a 7 1/2" bucket that you need. The hard part will be the ears that the bucket mounts to. If you are looking for stock, then 80-83 are what you want. Not sure if the big CB bike cross over or not.

The CB 750 uses the same fixture and they are usually cheaper on ebay than if it is listed as one from a Goldwing. I have an '82 CB 750 headlight bucket on my '82 1100 when I converted back to Standard.
Thanks for the responses. I got to looking at the headlight on my 69 450 Honda and it looks like it would work too. So it shouldn't be a big deal to get one.
