Just wanted to thank those who replied with suggestions. Once warm weather gets here i'll be making use of the ideas. And working at a hardware/lumber store makes grabbin abs cement easier and convenient. And can do trial runs with melted plastic before doing it on the bike. As for the exhaust issue definitely shipping is an issue. Think i need to find a complete exhaust. Header was the wrong term in earlier post. After coming off the cylinders and coming together its almost like a cast metal and then transfers into the exhaust pipe. This cast section is where my exhaust broke on both sides, just behind the driver foot pegs. Hence all new exhaust probably reguired.
