I'd like to say hello! I recently acquired a new-to-me GL1000, with a spedo that shows 13,500 miles, that has taken its place in my "collection". I never intended to have a "collection" but that's what seems to be what's happening. Every bike has a story and my GL has been slowly revealing hers to me as I go over every square inch to see what's right and not. It's going to be a journey for sure. I've been riding all my life and that's getting to be quite a few years! Earlier this year I began making and selling motorcycle accessories as a side business and I've never had so much fun mixing my passion for mechanics, electronics and motorcycles. My web page is https://www.TheDigiSync.com. I'm not here to sell though. I'm here to learn and share what I know.

So far I'm in the tear down and rebuild mode of my ownership of the GL. The carbs are on the bench as I wait for a Heli-Coil kit to repair some stripped out bowl screw. It's sad, as there were three different screw sizes and threads used to try to paste the bowls on. Otherwise the carbs are really quite clean and decent. While I wait I pulled the valve covers and rocker arms and replaced the valve seals. Of course, while the timing belt covers were off I replaced the belts. So far I have a small box of wiring-by-others that I've removed. The only worthy aftermarket wiring I kept is the Dyna S ignition system.

So the fun begins!

Welcome to the forum! There are some quite knowledgeable fellows here if you have any questions.

This is my GL before I took her home. wrong seat, exhaust, winkers and a leaker. Oh well, that's what I bought her for - therapy!

This is my long miles bike.

My "sudden miles" blower bike. For you entertainment here's a video of her running. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gy1lsQUh0dA

and my Dream bike. Not a show bike but she gets more comments, inquiries (and recently got a 1st place trophy over all the other Harleys) than any of my other bikes. :moped:

So the question has to be asked, How do I get one of your toys and how soon????? :smilie_happy: :smilie_happy: :smilie_happy: :smilie_happy: :ahem: And how much for a six pack.
I ship daily. The 6-channel Digi Sync is $175.
The 6-channel model comes with large 3/16" hoses standard and no fittings.
The 4 and 2 channel models come with smaller 7/64" hoses standard and your choice of either 5mm or 6mm threaded adapters. (Honda usually uses 5mm, Yamaha usually 6mm.)
If you buy a 6-channel and also need smaller hoses need the 5mm or 6mm threaded adapters then they are available separately.

You can order at https://www.TheDigiSync.com or you can call me direct. My phone number is on my web site as well. It can be confusing so I'm always glad to take calls and answer quesitons to be sure you get what you need.

and for the 4 pack? I will have to wait until after the first of the year now but I have both 6 and 4 cylinder bikes.
The 4-channel is $149.95.
That said, any of them work with one channel on up to their maximum capacity. So a 6-channel will do twins and fours just fine. The Digi Sync doesn't care what channels are used or unused - it just works. The engine RPM is from all the channels that are in use. The only limitation is there is more than one cylinder pulling off of a single manifold vacuum port confuses the RPM analysis.
