Fork tubes are switched ...I think it is ...for this to work ...I almost did it to hooch ..I did mount mine switch I think ...so the fender bolt holes were on the outside of forks ...for the fender mod I did to hooch ....

That's a known brake upgrade. Front mounted calipers make the front end dive less because the force is going forward and down instead of back and up.
