    clean aluminum forks

    Can anyone suggest a good cleaner that they have used to get aluminum parts bright? I have used a combination of bartenders friend and white vinegar to clean forks. just trying to get them brighter. Thanks. Brian. I have removed a lot of oxidation using this process.

    gl1100 rear shocks

    I recently removed rear shocks on my 1981 GL1100. I installed new rear shocks which are a coil over style with no air assist. When removing air lines, I cut the wire that is connected to the light on the speedometer for rear shock air pressure. Will this hurt anything???? I just taped it off...
