when i bought my 86 sei 1200 i came with a drivers back rest but was not on bike and i can't figure out how it bolts to the bike. does anyone have a close up picture of one on the bike. it is to wide to bolt to frame. :help:

its missing hardware it sounds i bought a bike that was that way before ...never did mount it
there are a couple different backrest can you post a pic of yours
can't seem to get the hang of posting pictures. and it looks like it mounts to the crash bars in front of the saddlebags. if i ever get the hang of pictures i'll post it along with pictures of my 75 wing
