Looks good. Are you planning to use the solex or the weber with the adapter? If solex you may want to use a riser .

What dimensions is the box

It is made of 2" x 2" square tubing. The bottom was narrowed down to 1 1/2" to accommodate the slant needed to match the intake elbows attached to the head.
