So I have this electric fuel pump for several months now.
It's for Honda Prelude.
It got some sort of sensor in it and stops pumping around 3PSI.
When I turn the ignition on, it clicks rapidly until the fuel fills the carb (20 clicks or so).
Once the engine starts and idles, it clicks every second or so, nice and steady.
Now this just happened yesterday. It was a warm day (high 80s) and after 15 minutes or so of freeway run.

The pump was clicking (pumping) crazy like a failing heart in need of a pace maker..
I didn't notice any sign of fuel starvation however. Just a very noisy fuel pump.
Should I be worried?
I have 4 hour freeway run coming up this Saturday. I don't want to get stranded again..
