I found that a 2" riser on the bars of my previous'83 interstate made longer rides much more comfortable. For this years 2k mile week I'm putting taller bars on because the 2" riser won't work with the aspencade's digital dash cover on the triple tree. Last time I only had to extend the brake hose to make it all work, but this time may be different. Any suggestions about suppliers of longer clutch and throttle cables would be appreciated

As Joe said. We have a cable mob that makes up automotive cables (park brake, hydraulic activation, throttle cables, etc). You may also find specialists that offer an online service if you send them all your specs.

Good news...after some rearranging and re-routing, all the wires, cables, and brake hose fit. So now, with my short arms and longer bars I can sit up a little straighter and spend more time on the seat! All that's left before a ttest ride is figuring out why the turn signals won't work...aarrgghh!
On a lighter note, two sets of stock bars for a cb750 returned from the bent-parts bin to become a new set of bars. No stress over picking the right bars from a website, just build in the angles and widths I think will work for me.
