Thank you Dan for providing a spot for us to sit by the campfire. My name is Paul Crowe and I own C5 Performance Inc in Wisconsin.
For those of you not familiar with our company, we created the C5 ignition for GL1000 and GL1100 engines this past year.

We use PowerArc dual optical triggered ignitions. They are the smallest, fastest, most precise ignitions currently manufactured.
Using these American made components gives us another huge advantage. We are the only ignition in the world with true multiple sparking at all rpm ranges.
Dan Filipi and others on the forum have been involved with testing, review, and development of several features that make the Goldwing kits so popular. We try to constantly improve and rely heavily on feedback from customers.

C5 Performance also designs and manufactures ignitions for other motorcycles, cars, trucks, boats, and very soon....large scale RC aircraft.
Thanks for giving us a place to share information and be a regular part of the classic Goldwing community. We have many new friends since joining this forum!

It was a pleasure sitting by the campfire and listening to you about this great ignition system.
This system installed on my bike is one of two the best things I have mounted on my 1100.

Thank You Paul and all the c5 staff.

Same here, and I am saving my pennies and dimes because as soon as it gets warmer, the motor is coming out of my 1100 and the C5 is going in!

Brian are you hiring Wes to do your install? He is an expert now! LOL
Thanks for the kind words. We have been swamped with projects and life is good (no rest for the wicked). I look forward to seeing you guys again. I'll be at Mid Ohio for the vintage bike event this summer. Maybe we can meet then?

Your on!! (1100's or 1200's only) On my bike (Standard with Vetter Fairing) Our team has it down to about an hour and 10 minutes from kick stand down until engine on the deck! Problem is, my Chief mechanic now lives in Florida and my youngest is now 16 and she has decided drums are more fun than pulling engines!

Hey Paul I got home from work today and I had a present waiting at the door! I think it says something when you take the time to put the important parts in waterproof containers: Thanks!

Let the fun begin.

Not all ignitions fit into these, but when they do, I prefer to ship in a protected container.
Have fun Brian. Summer is coming one of these years:)
