Bike looks great! That tree has grown pretty much over the years too!
Thanks Brian! Yep, the tree has grown as I try to keep taking pictures in the same spot. Hard to believe I have had the bike for 7 years at this point!

Latest update with new bags and trunk plus ride off stand!

The ride off stand...when parking do you push it down and roll back while on the bike or standing next to it and roll back?
I put the side stand down and get off the bike. Then, press the roll off stand down and be sure the bike is centered on both legs. With a gentle pull back on the left grip while holding the stand foot down, the bike rolls right up on it. It is so much easier than the OEM centerstand.

Do you have the stock center stand at all, or did you lose that when you had to have the cross-member replaced? I can't tell for sure if it is in the picture or not.
Still have and still use to do work on the back tire or brakes!

Need three of them if they will work on my 1200's. :good: Is anyone making them, :headscratch: or have a working drawing to make my own?

I do not know of anyone making them anymore, but they sure are great. The tricky part about them is the springs inside the tubes that roll the stand up automatically after take off.

It is my intent this coming off season to finally get the bike professionally painted to original color. The bags are all OEM color with the OEM pinstriping. I have the OEM replica pinstripes for the tank, side covers and fenders, and OEM NOS emblems for almost the whole bike (missing the front fender badge).

Debating the frame. I have a blast and powder coat quote for the frame, swing arm, triple tree and small bits for around $300. I do not have a price yet for painting the other parts. I have a decent budget with the money made on flipping the '81 1100.

They sure look nice all painted up better than when new, :good: if you want that's not all that hard to accomplish, :nea: I'm just too damn lazy to do it. :smilie_happy:

Thread update........

This old girl sure has been through some changes. The last set of changes were repainting, adding OEM decals/pinstripes and getting her ready for sale. She has come a long way from this:

Hoping the 2021 market will be open soon to put this girl out there again!

She will be the whole package!
