So I've got a lot of feedback on how to do this mod to replace the old worn out non available timing idlers first drill out the pulley off backing plate with a half inch bit just keep sizing up the bit till it clears the canfer recess then knock it out with a punch.

Next get all these parts two 3/8x1inch carriage bolts 2 lock washers two 3/8 nylon lock nuts . And two t42015 idler pulleys

Put bolt through the side of backing plate that is recessed put pulley on put lock washers on put lock nut on

then this step is optional but I do it cause I overdue things it I put a couple of tack welds on back of bolts then I grind down the face just a bit.

Install you may have to grind the molding tabs a bit to make the pulley fit cause the bolt might hit
