I have a 1979 Honda Goldwing gl1000 and all the lights come on but the blinkers wont work and the head light is completely dim...any ideas?

Has anyone heard anything about the Royal Purple motorcycle oil?

The gauge doesn't state degrees it has cold on one side and hot on the other and it reaches the hot mark after only going 11 miles. However it does not always over heat on short or long trip. It only seems to do it when it is really hot outside.

I have a Honda Goldwing 1979 gl1000 and it seems to be overheating. What would be some causes for this?

I believe the oil that we are going to use is Royal Purple we have heard some good things about it and we heard it helps keep the oil cool.

Thank you Oz! Ya I saw the 20/50 online but my boyfriend was like no way it cant be that. lol. anyways I think the 10/40w should be fine...lets hope lol.
