Gents.
After taking my rear caliper to get PC, I took my finished caliper and found that the seal that goes between the halves is missing.
I have found that this part is no longer available. It's a simple flat round sheet stock with about 1/8" diameter hole in the middle.
I did a search for rubber that is compatible with Dot3/4 brake fluid and found out that EDPM sheet stock will work just fine.
Next I found a rubber sheet supplyer and am working with them to see what they can do for me. They say they can stamp out the part for me to my dimensions.
I'm at work right now so I can't provide the precise dimensions till I get out my vernier at home tonight.
Likely can make my own tooling and do my own stamp out of the parts...so there may be a few extra for anyone who needs them.
My production run (LOL), will be a very small lot. Not in it for the $ just to help and to enjoy problem solving.
