87 motor into an 84 frame...

I thought I had asked this, but I can't find the answer...

Besides the relocation of the ignition, is there any other issue with using an 87 motor in an 84?

Mechanically? None I'm aware of. Ignition itself may need some components changed and neutral switch may include the gear indicators.

none really ..except there id difference in the black iggy box ..but i heard of people switching them ..so they interchange im thinking ..overall grearing is slightly lower ...thats all i can think of
