Best lubricant for final drive

i really dont suggest ..except use gear oil ...ive never had a problem with a final drive myself...seems 75 -90 ...i see alot talk on mined just 90wt gear oil i think sheesh dont know it was new :hihihi:
 
I have been using inboard/outboard lower drive unit synthetic. Mainly because I had a bunch left over from a hole in the water I once owned. Those units live rough lives, so I figure the grease must be pretty good. So far, no failures or drive problems.
