OK we put in a new water pump the old one was wobbling so bad it was rubbing against the case good thing it was the fiber one not the metal one.
Also found that I had installed the thermostat upside down so corrected that. It's cold out tonight so can't take it for a test drive to check if it over heats but no leaks or drips in the driveway.
Water pump went in without a hitch cleaned the housing real good used lots of vaseline and froze the pump in the freezer for about 4 hours it slide in with a nice solid snap as it went over the o'rings.
