Electrical wiring harness

I'am new to this site,this is my first post.I just bought a gl1100.....the wiring harness was handed to me in a box.I need help with the wiring to the OKI electrical relay.and also what is it used for... :help:

The OKI's are spark units, part of the ignition system.

You need at least 5 posts to browse the tech gallery but here's a wiring diagram for an 80-82 Standard to get you started.

I wish I would of known about this color schematic when I was trouble shooting my stator and regulator a few weeks ago. Always learning and finding out new things.
