GL1200 Limited TPS

Question for you folks - I’ve been asked to replace a TPS on a friend of mines 1985 LTD that he’s got torn apart while he’s out of commission. How do you get the damn thing off the fuel rail? On the one I parted out it was already off so I didn’t get to see how it was removed.

Can anyone lend a hand?

Take a dremel tool and slot the screws. Should come out easily. Pic attached.

Did you slot the collar around the screw as well or am I just seeing things?

The collar does get cut a bit, not a lot of room to work with.
