You could use a couple pairs of 750 twin carbs directly to the intake horns with pod filters if you like. That would be an experience to dial in as they'd be sized to feed 1500 cc. Even with 4 straight pipes for exhaust that should give you plenty of flow. However the redline is there for mechanical reasons too.
