LOUD "Motorcycle" horns save lives.
After so many years I have had quit a few close calls and have never hit my horn, I am too busy looking for an escape or a plan B to keep me from getting hit but the horn is the last thing on my mind, Me think blowing the horn takes up valuable effort better used to escape the danger.
I always thought the horn would be a good idea for Nascar drivers though

Horn near miss

:hihihi: That's not a near miss...that's a near collision!

I blast my air horn at LEAST once every friggin day to wake some moron up, or get their attention. Even then, they sometimes keep coming right at me, without ever taking their eyes off their :sensored: PHONE....

I am quick on the horn as most times it causes the driver/rider to stop what they are doing, it also helps that I wear a white helmet ( I am sure they think it's a LEO). If I wear my silver/bronze helmet people pull out in front of you at the last second, with the White helmet they always seem to yield and not make snap decisions
