No.....it means that I'm offering a vacuum pump to Steve if he needs it.

if you install a fair sized cooler on the return line side, you will quit burning up your fluid and you won't kill the pump and rack ! and with Dan giving you a cooler.. man, that is cheeeep insurance you don't have to work on the kid's ride (for steering) for a long time!
