hmmmmmm... the d3 I had came from walmart packed in corn and soy oil ...I thought that to be insane ...what everyone elses carrier is made from

Only other substance in my D3 caplets is Olive oil.

Mine is from "NOW" brand in 5k IU caplets, but any is MUCH better than none.

I was thinking 5k was the max recommended daily amount. I have to find a different source with more amount per capsule. I am just getting Walmart cheapest brand.

1 is barely noticeable, and 10 is in tears and needing opiates. I was 4-5 upon waking and 6-8 most of my work, when the Morin failed.

5k is to low,

10k is where you want to be.

Low dollar Walmart is fine.

Is that you current daily pain level? Or before?

Are you still taking Motrin?
