Bugs is/was always best as a trio, which is how he played most of his local stuff. At larger venues, more was needed to make it work. He was one of the best. He could take off and jam like no-one else.....and the other guys would just leave the stage and let him do his thang. He got lost in it. :music2:

Diggin on some Buddy today.... :music2:

I won a pair of front row tickets for Kenny Wayne Shepard and Van Halen, so I am getting warmed up... too bad the concert is in August.

Maybe by then Roth will have figured out how to sing in the same key as the rest of the band....and on the same song... :rtfm:

That was my thought too. Another is that I hope they all show up for this one. :smilie_happy:

The last time I saw Van Haggar in concert, I saw the notes coming off of Eddie's guitar. There must have been something in the air that night. :whistling:

So I`m driving down the street looking for some good tunes and hear Landslide come on, thinking this will be a good song to hear till some gravely voiced man or woman started singing..I was stunned because I know Dr. Demento hasn't been on in years and who could or would take an already perfect song and hurt my ears with their version. I couldn't turn the station, I was frozen in amazement Anyone from Fleetwood Mac would let this abomination happen.
Had to go home and wash my ears out with the original, no not the aged 20 years live version but the most perfect studio cut.

Don't get me wrong, I love 60/70's rock, but I likemore chill instrumental music while working on HW or Aretha...
