Found on ebay, their kit is very complete and inexpensive. anyone here have any experience with them?

hmm the two kits look the same to me ...just looked at both ....
They do but rarely, they aren't hollow it is that charcoal like material solid substance, never had one fail but have been told they get saturated and can fail. Do the original floats have a high instance of failure?

Got them yesterday and they included the air cut off valves. Here is the issue.
None of the valves fit, brass nipple is too large.
Missing multiple o rings in the kits,
Kits have multiple other o rings that do not belong to this build.
The needle valve does look good as do all other brass components, though most will never be needed.
Basically the kit is a waste of money. I emailed the seller, Wincycles and am holding for a response.
