Brian is it mainly the 2 advance curves that you used and if so wouldn't that mean that in most installations that a on-off ( or changeover) switch would all that is required?

My entire trip I never used setting number 4: 1 and 2 mostly and occasionally I would use 3, so yes I could have done it with a few toggle switches. This was my original intention because I wasn't sure how I was going to wire up a 4 way switch, but Paul took care of that problem for me.
 
Great report (Thanks Brian!) Certainly puts C5 on my long term purchase list. It also proves that there are some modern advancements that really can enhance these old girls after all! (And that was with your OEM carbs right?)
