Alternator conversion

I'm doing an alternator conversion on my 84 1200 and am having trouble finding the pulley I need for crank can anyone help :thanks:

there are pulleys that can work out there ... and someone a while back posted one on a thread but who knows where that is hidden on the forum ...others are much more capable than me ..maybe someone got the info you need ....welcome to classic

Can someone send me some picks of 1200 conversion and do I still need to unplug voltage reg even though stators are shot

You will not need any of the original charging circuit once you have an external alternator. You only need to unplug the stators 3 yellow AC wires from the RR
