Just remember they aren't rated for high speeds.

Is a Gold Wing rated for high speed? With my fat ass on my 1200, I have to be going down hill to touch the 118mph rating of that tire. :smilie_happy:

Dont know about yours but mine adores 105 mph it sounds like a sewing machine everything running smooth and perfect .The bike doesnt even come alive until 70 at 3600 rpm hits a smooth purr at 79 mph and then again at 105 mph

Is 26 just too tall to fit if not this would be a damn good tire for hooch rated at 130mph 6 inches wide and the tread comes down the side wall an inch on both sides

If you have another 3/4 inch of clearance on the swingarm let me know. I dont mind being a crash test dummy if it could mean 20k miles between having to take that damn trailer hitch off

hmmmmmm nice tire ..hooch could handle that well ....hooch has 1000 frame with stock uses 17 inch rim ...so i can handle 26 inch easy ...and i think 1100 framed bikes might also ...notsure on1200 framed bike ...pic on posts shows plenty of clearence and im thinking tire is 25 tall .....nice find .....thanks im going to maybe go for that one....im guessing 1200s will handle it too

I was thinking hooch was an 1100 with a 1200 swingarm my bad ... btw very nice build

Just measured my tire (165/80/15) in at 25 7/16 and 5 3/4 in wide inflated . Only place i may even get close is at the front of the inner fender well with my shocks aired down running a 26x6 x15.... zip tied a chunk of 3/4 inch plywood 6 inches wide to the tire in 4 places and rode around the yard aired down and never scrubbed at all so i should be good

Your running one would i have the clearance for slightly taller tire. Did you modify your wheel any?
