Just looked at a sidecar on ebay. Asked the guy if he had a title, said that they weren't titled but considered an accessory. What's the scoop on this?
Do side cars require a title?

Far as I know they do not need a title but I would at least get a bill of sale from the guy.
Agree with Dan...no title...they are an accessory. Good to get B.O.S. though...

Since it is non-powered, and doesn't carry enough weight to be considered a trailer, a title, or registration shouldn't be needed....at least it is not in Texas. :good:

Had a side car that came on a bike and sold it. There was no title. I think the accessory description is correct and there would be no title.
I did have paperwork with mine that showed how to install and adjust it. Get that from the guy if he has it.
