how to (sync 1200 carbs)

hmmmm loaded question...there are so many things that mimic carb problems ....i dont like to start there ....but most buy gauges at about 70bucks buy all the fittings and then go at it ...the reality is you can just get all the linkage to move simutaniously when the throttle is pull and your and you are close ...if the carbs are off its easy to bench sync ....i will look when i go out to see what possible to do without all the extra tools and such ...igot a great running bike thats never seem a vacume gauge

:blush: I'm sorry....I couldn't help meself...it was too easy..... :smilie_happy:

But yeah...the service manual has the procedure. You can buy cheaper vacuum gauges than what you see for sale as manometers....they just don't have the mercury in them, but they work just as well, imo.
