Randakks postage to UK

Hi there again, going to bite the bullet and buy the carb kit for my GL1100 from Randakks, but not sure why they can't just send it in the post direct to my address. Can anyone explain why it has to go through a US-based freight forwarder, and if there are alternatives. Not trying to break US laws, but any advice would be great,

I can't help much why that is but when I send anything out of the U.S if I do a label using usps.com it asks for for a certification form of some kind be included.
I've never gotten past this step, too complicated and when sent from the post office this form isn't required so that's what I do from now on.
Maybe if the kit was done this way an agent wouldn't be needed?
