I say relatively newbe because I have been periodically probing around this and several other forums since July of last year in search of information and ideas for maintaining and modding these old gals. Also, hoping to get in more riding time and for longer distances as I get comfortable with these heavy weights. You folks have been great!

Having grown up in North Carolina, I can attest to the quality of country roads in the western part of the state. I cut my teeth on them. However, there are curvy roads even in Kansas if you know where to look...
