I have dropped the Slug at least 5 times at the bottom of the driveway. Twice with the Wife on the back. Each time I dropped it with her onboard, I had just come to a stop at the bottom of the driveway and thought I had the sidestand down. Nope. She just goes over like an elephant looking to take a nap! :smilie_happy:

I have to be real careful now not to drop. With my torn meniscus in my right knee, I would surely tear it further if I have to pick the bike up again.

I'll be 74 in a couple of weeks and made a change about a month ago. I was finding the Valkyrie Interstate to be a balance problem when slow or stopped. When it fell over while my wife was getting off and we couldn't pick it back up without help I decided that was it. I sold the Valk and bought a CB-1100 which is about 300 lbs. lighter for the same money. I'm good to go now and the CB is a great ride.
