What is this wire?

Comes out of the wiring harness next to the coils.
Before I started tearing the bike down all the electrics looked complete, but I can't find where this wire goes (went) for the life of me.

It looks like the main wire harness ground.
Is it right near the coils? Then that's it.
It attaches to the front coil mounting bolt to frame.

That would probably be what it is then.

Dark green is the nearly always standard ground (earth) wire in a Honda. To be truthful.. haven't found one from factory that wasn't

Green is ground as the earth is round.
