Hay Dan, looks very good! :good: Just an idea/thought,...where the runners attach to the plenum, you could use JB Weld to fill the outside/inner tube. This would give it more strength and ya could shape it nicely!! Keep up the good work!! :hi: Bob

I brazed all the fittings and the metal flowed down inside that space so it's real strong.

I've been thinking about what to do with that space for appearance.
I would have liked the space to be open all the way around but I needed to tack weld the parts to hold alignment, that messed up the clean open look.
I'm considering filling it with Bondo body filler and doing the same around the pipes at the flanges for a nice smooth edge there.
I don't know, going to finish the other 2 then test run before going there.
If this proves out then I'll tweak it for looks and heat.
