Ok, just getting started on this. My 83 naked with some hondaline luggage ( not interstate or aspencade these are removable to take into the hotel ) and brackets made to mount a trunk rack to the saddlebag frame. Still thinking about whether to try and match the brown, paint them black or leave...

My cyclemate trailer is a torsion bar suspension and it has been great to pull. I have never seen it do anything but follow quietly. You can buy the torsion bar with stub axles at a trailer supply store.

GOT IT !!! Should get the rebuild kit on Friday and put it back together this weekend.

I don't know the history of your bike but if it has sat for a long time and you are running it on old stale gas that can make a valve stick. I have seen it many times on small engines that are run on old stinky fuel. It always seems to be an exhaust valve.

I like those bags. I had them on other bikes and they are great. The Pacifico is a cool looking fairing IMHO and you have something a bit different than everyone else. That is going to be a nice bike.

The one that surprises me is the one from Nebraska. Maybe in the 30s I guess that is selling 10% corn alcohol blend. Didn't know they have been doing that for so long.

Flash2002,,,, I agree and have almost every snap ring plier known to man in my tool box. Still couldn't get that one to budge. I have it soaking over night to see if it loosens up.

Sheesh !!!!!! Every time I do one of these I struggle with the darn snap ring ! It is so small and deep in there i just cant get any of my pliers in there. I just put it down for the night. Some times taking a break from it is the thing to do.

There is one of these in my area for sale and I have always steered clear of them because I don't know anything about their fuel injection. Anyone on the list have one or have any opinions on them ? Thanks.

I am not the expert you are looking for but the way I understand it the pilot screws adjust mixture for idle and just off idle or throttle response in transition from idle.
